You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract to use this Service.

You agree to provide accurate information during registration, keep your password confidential, and be responsible for all activity under your account.
5. Subscription and Payments
Some features require a paid subscription. All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload. You grant Apna Web a license to host and deliver your content solely to provide the Service. You agree not to upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
7. Intellectual Property
The Apna Web platform, including its design, code, templates, and logos, is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy or distribute our platform without written permission.
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data, or resell access without our written consent.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. Your right to use the Service will immediately cease upon termination.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis without any warranties. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apna Web shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
